In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, CCPA, and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection laws, WAARO provides full transparency and tools for users to request the permanent deletion of their personal, business, and Facebook Lead Ads data.

WAARO operates as an automated CRM and sales engagement platform. When you connect your Facebook Page or submit leads via Meta Lead Ads, we only store data required to power your personal CRM workspace. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.You maintain complete ownership of your data and can request its complete deletion at any time.
Remove WAARO App in Facebook Settings
You can immediately revoke access and delete your activity directly from your Facebook profile:
- 1.Log in to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- 2.In the left navigation menu, click Apps and Websites.
- 3.Search for WAARO in your active apps list.
- 4.Click Remove. Check the box to request deletion of all past data and confirmed posts.

What Data is Deleted and Retention Period
Upon receiving a valid deletion request or webhook confirmation from Meta:
- Meta Platform Authentication: All Page Access Tokens, User Access Tokens, and linked App Scoped IDs (ASIDs) are revoked and permanently destroyed.
- Lead Ad Data: All lead form answers, names, phone numbers, and inquiry details captured via the `leads_retrieval` permission are deleted from our database collections.
- WhatsApp Messaging History: Automated greeting logs, conversation history, and contact lists linked to the requested account are wiped.
- Exceptions: Where required by Indian statutory obligations (such as tax compliance, GST invoicing, or fraud investigation records), certain transaction metadata may be archived for legal limitation periods as required by law.
